Orders placed on weekdays after 11am EST ship the NEXT business day.

We are closed on weekends and observe ALL national holidays. All orders received during closed hours will be shipped the NEXT business day.

Fedex and Post Office does not deliver on Sunday.

Return Authorizations are required for refunds. Contact info@kettcosmetics to acquire an RA.

Refunds will be issued when returned product is received. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
